  • 1. What are the events at Delhi 10K Challenge 2025?
    10k Run & 5K Timed Run
  • 2. When is Delhi 10K Challenge 2025 Event?
    The event is scheduled for 7th December 2025.
  • 3. How do I register?
    You can register online by clicking this link and paying through a choice of Debit Card / Credit Card or Net Banking
  • 4. What does the Registration fee cover?
    The fee covers entry to the event, BIB with timing chip, complimentary race day t-shirt, finisher medal and hot breakfast.

  • 5. Will I get a race day T-shirt?
    Every registered participant will get the Race Day T-shirt.
  • 6. Can I register manually (offline)
    We do not have an option for manual registrations.
  • 7. Is there a minimum/maximum age for participants?
    For the 10K Run, the minimum age to participate is 14+ years as of 7th December 2025. For the 5K Timed Run the minimum age is 10 years as of 7th December 2025. * Minors between 10-14years must be accompanied by a guardian/parent who is a participant under the same race category.
  • 8. What is the last date of registration?
    We may close the registrations early if all our slots are filled. We request you to register early and not wait till the end. We will announce the dates on our Website, Facebook page, and other Social media.
  • 9. Can I cancel my registration? Will there be any refund?
    Sorry, no cancellations are possible and registration fees are non-refundable.
  • 10. Oops! I have made a mistake in one of my registration fields. How do I correct it?
    Please send an email to support@nebsports.in with the correct details, and we will update it.
  • 11. There was a problem during registration. I have been charged but I did not receive a confirmation. What should I do?
    Under exceptional cases, in case the transaction failed at the payment gateway stage, and if the money was debited but a confirmation was not generated, the money will be credited back to your account within 3 working days automatically. However, please email us at support@nebsports.in with details of your registration - date of registration, name and your mail id and we will follow up to ensure the problem is tracked and closed.
  • 12. Cancelation Policy
    A You confirm that, in the event of adverse weather conditions, major incidents or threats on the day, any of the force majeure or restriction by authority, the organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the event.
    *The Event Organizers reserve the right to change the course, or make any other amendment to the Event that is deemed necessary to stage the Event. This could include but is not limited to; changing the race route, delaying the race, stopping participants on the course until the situation is deemed appropriate to continue, altering the distance of the route, canceling or other measures deemed necessary.
    *The event organizer possesses the sole authority to cancel tickets for the event. Their role includes the discretionary power to postpone and/or cancel the event as deemed necessary by the company's guidelines and policies.
